AI Suggestions helps funeral directors update cases in an instant by reviewing information captured by AI Notetaker during the arrangement conference, automatically suggesting case updates that can be applied with a click, and helping funeral professionals move from conversation to action faster.

“Funeral directors take a lot of notes during arrangement conferences, and some of those notes are to themselves to update the case,” said Josh McQueen, Vice President of Marketing & Product at Passare. “Rather than funeral professionals combing through notes or transcripts to remember what to update and then retyping information, AI Suggestions does the work and gives funeral directors full control over what gets added while eliminating the busywork.”

AI Suggestions works alongside AI Notetaker in Passare Mobile to analyze meeting transcripts from recorded arrangement conferences and make recommendations for case updates. Funeral directors can review all suggestions in one place and approve or dismiss each one. Approved suggestions automatically populate the appropriate fields in the case with the correct information.

To ensure accuracy, every suggestion includes a confidence level, a rationale explaining why it was recommended, and the exact transcript excerpt that triggered it. For example, if the family mentions the decedent's birthplace, AI suggestions will use that information to update the Birth Address City field on the Vitals page. AI Suggestions can also create checklist tasks and update Funeral Options fields for visitation and service details, like dates and service times.
