London Broil in the Air Fryer XL - Sue Fritz

About the cook

Hi everyone! My name is Sue Fritz, and I work at Answering Service for Directors. This year at NFDA, I stopped by the Passare booth to visit with old friends who gifted me some of their favorite steak rub from Perini Ranch. When I returned home from NFDA, I decided to try it out on a tasty London Broil using my Air Fryer XL.

Tasty London Broil

London Broil is typically made from a top round steak or a flank steak. It's a great option for those who are looking for a healthy, lean protein option. Plus, it's full of flavor! This recipe is the perfect weeknight meal - just 20 minutes in the air fryer and you've got a nice juicy steak.

This was the first time I had used Perini Ranch steak seasoning, and let me tell you, it made for one fantastic meal. Even my kids enjoyed it! If you can't get your hands on this seasoning, don't worry - any good steak seasoning will do.

However, I do know how you can get your hands on some Perini Ranch seasoning. The folks at Passare love to share this tasty seasoning with others. Submit your favorite barbecue recipe and get a free tin to try for yourself!

-Worcestershire sauce

Cooking instructions

Prep the meat:

Place the London Broil in a small square aluminum pan.

Pour Worcestershire over the beef - make sure to pour enough to cover the bottom of the pan!

Sprinkle Perini Ranch Steakhouse steak rub on top of the beef until it is coated to your liking.

Time to air fry!

When you're ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.

Place the London Broil in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, and then flip the beef over.

Air fry the other side for another 5-8 minutes depending on how well done you like your steak.

The result is a juicy, flavorful steak that's sure to please any crowd. So, fire up those air fryers and enjoy!

The perfect sides

When serving this meal, I'd recommend serving green beans, corn, or another vegetable. Mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese are great options, too! For drinks, I'd recommend a glass of red or white wine.
