Passare is thrilled to announce a new timesaving feature: AI Scanner. With the tool, customers can use the Passare Mobile app to scan handwritten first call and vitals forms and see that information auto-populate details in the case in Passare.
"We have digital forms in Passare that autofill information, but our customers who handwrite documents needed a timesaving solution," said Josh McQueen, VP of Marketing and Product. "Retyping information means a higher likelihood for errors, so we wanted to develop a feature for them that reduced data entry and provided accurate information."
The AI Scanner uses handwriting recognition technology to autofill first call and vitals information within a case. Users simply capture or upload a photo of the form, double-check the fields, and submit the information to Passare.
“We wanted to ensure the feature was as accurate as possible when deciphering different handwriting styles,” said Kyle Swearingen, VP of Development. “Our team did extensive research and tested our tool against hundreds of handwriting samples to develop the best recognition capabilities in the profession.”
