Get Started with Passare in Just 30 Days: Go Live!

As a funeral professional, you understand how important it is to have software that works and makes your job easier. Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared tips for laying the groundwork for a successful implementation process with Passare. Next, we reviewed the important role of “The Champion,” who works with the Passare staff to make sure everything is set up properly, including GPLs, packages, forms, and more. Finally, we offered tips for gaining buy-in from staff to ensure successful onboarding.  

Go Live! 

The day has arrived, and you are ready to go live with Passare! Team members feel confident about using the platform, and the work you have put in up to this point has been to make today as smooth and easy of a transition as possible. You can expect the first day to be exciting, fresh, and maybe a bit nerve-wracking. However, by this point in the process, you’ll be more than prepared for this day, and you will have the unwavering support of the entire team at Passare to help you make a smooth transition. 

Ongoing Support 

In your first few weeks of using Passare, the customer support team will be your best friends. They are available to you 24/7 should you need assistance at any time of the day or night. Here are a few tips for your first few days on Passare. 

1. Call Our Support Team Immediately. When questions or issues inevitably arise, do not hesitate to reach out. Passare is a big platform, and it is impossible to train on every scenario you might encounter within it, so we fully expect for you to have questions and are happy to provide as much help for you as you need.

2. Monitor Your Team. Our support team can help you put together a report that can be automatically sent to you daily or weekly to make it easy for you to view who is entering the information you have specified.

3. Spread the Word! Share the news with your community about the new online planning center that you have available for the families you serve. This is the time to capitalize on this new, exciting change!

4. Access Passare’s Resources. You have many resources available to help you navigate Passare. Some of these include the Knowledge Base containing instructional articles and tutorial videos, archives of webinars we host regarding features, and free user trainings.
